At Sprout and Bloom Supply Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria or that are not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged during shipping. In cases of defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
